About the fees and publication of proceedings

- If only one author will participate and present our paper — then only one has to pay the fee

- If you don't manage to submit a full paper before April then only the abstract would be e-published before the conference

- There is a chance to submit you paper for publication in Planning Persectives (PP) after the conference. That is why we provide the template of PP, though only a few

papers accepted by PP can be published after peer review.
