Abstracts of papers.   Submission requirements

 

Abstracts should be written in English in no more than 500 words exclusive of references. The abstract must demonstrate how the proposed paper will address/contribute to planning history in relation to the topic to be addressed. Links between the topic and the conference theme should be indicated with up to five keywords. 


 

Please note the importance of showing the planning layouts of urban environments in the illustrative material included in presentations. 

 

A short biographical statement (maximum 100 words) should be submitted at the end of the abstract and include full contact information (affiliation, address, email, and phone).
 

 

Review

Abstracts will be reviewed and authors will be advised of the outcome.

 

Accepted abstracts will be published electronically.

Proposals for parallel sessions or roundtables

The conference convenor will consider proposals for parallel sessions or roundtables comprising no more than four (4) presentations, plus discussion, per session/roundtable. 

 

In the first instance, enquiries from people wishing to propose a parallel session or roundtable should be directed to the conference convenor Professor Alexey Krasheninnikov at: ud-marhi@mail.ru 

 

Due date for submission of proposals for parallel sessions and roundtables: 

15 December  2021

 

Conference proceedings

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit a paper, written in English, for refereeing and publication in the conference proceedings. Authors will be provided with a template to format their papers. Only refereed papers will be published in the proceedings. The proceedings will be produced in digital format and have an ISSN to assist with international ratings.
